What is the weight of your GN/TR? That's on your registration? I'm looking at mine and it's 3320 lbs. I thought it weighs more. Anyone weighed there car? Is the weight on the Registration right/close? By the way $141.80 to renew this year.
Mines says 3410lb. backseat and trunk empty except for my sons car seat Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh c'mon
How come your car is lighter than mine? I guess the folks who assigned the weight to your car KNEW that you would be removing your back seat and didn't want to cheat you for the registration weight!!!
Bringing up this old thread. How much did you pay for your 2012 registration? Just paid my 2012 registration. $296.60 A little over doubled since 2005. And the roads don't look any better now.Good thing I don't have 2 GNs. Or not? Hummmm? Better get out there and get my $24.72 a month worth of road time.(While it's cheep) Wonder how much it's going to be next year? How much $$$$ a month is your road time?

Its a GN last pass Sept. 4th 2011 11.939 @111mph 1.628 60ft will look tomorrow on the build date.Going to Hilo tomorrow to the Out Law drags , trying to tune for a consistent 11.90 took 34 passes to go from 14.3 @96 (bone stock) to 11.93@111

Congratulations on your new times. Feels good coming home with a handful of white slips.:biggrin: I'm going by the weight on my Motor Vehicle Registration. Don't know for sure if it's full tank or not or correct. But the city taxes us on the weight of the vehicle. So, I think they weight it?
