Saw a gas line cooler at a race (homemade) on a turbo Buick. Looked like an insulated coffee can like container with stainless steel fuel line coiled inside and mounted off the radiator area on drivers side. Owner said it helps big time keeping engine from 'knocking' (detonation) .
Owner used dry ice and regular ice in can. Like to see a pro type cooler like this :)

Summit and Jegs sell them. They have been used on race cars forever. Called a cool can.

Reminds me of the old "after cooler" that Kenne-Bell had years ago with the ice water that circulated around a double walled up-pipe.
