Found another factory tag, anyone seen this one on the front disc?

Took the front wheels off to clean, first time the rims have been off the car except to get new tires 10+ years ago...found this tag.

I wonder if Jan has that one.

Alot of the detail is gone, especially where the back of the rim contacted it and then heated up, the print is gone.
Will try to get detailed pic of it this weekend, wheel is back on right now...if I get get it off without damaging it I'll scan it.
