Come to your own conclusion (TURBOTDAN)

Hello everyone, I put up a post in the parts wanted section awhile back for a 36mm sway bar. "TURBOTDAN" replied saying that he had one and would take 65$ shipped. I sent him a money order then never heard anything. I sent him 2 private messages that he did not reply to but viewing his profile it said that he was active on this site after I sent them. I send him another one but he never logs in again. I nearly gave up but I looked around in all of his posts and found his email address so I immediately send him an email stating that I just wanted to know if he got my money order of if he had a tracking number. I kept looking and lucked up and found his phone number that he posted for someone to call him. I call him and he sounds surprised that I havent gotten it yet. I ask him for a tracking number and he said they didnt give him one, and that he would check into this. He emails me about 2 days later saying it appears the shipping company lost it. Then he asked me what I wanted him to do and I said well I paid for a sway bar so I either want a sway bar or my money back. He says he has another sway bar but wants me to pay for the shipping. I think to myself I have already given this guy enough of my money, so I ask for a refund. And that was the last I heard from him. Will not reply PM's or emails. Im not worried about the money any more I just want to keep the rest of you from loosing your money. So you all can make your own decision if you think my sway bar was lost in the mail or never put in the mail in the first place.

If any body wants to try and get a hold of him or have not received parts from him before here is what little information I have.

Man I am sorry to say but you are screwed. This guy is a real piece of crap. Go to thirdgen.org in the feedback section and find a post call smallblocking ripped me off. He just about got me out of over $600.00 bucks but I was just a little to fast for him. Shane if you are reading this you had better ban this tool because there will be many more to follow. Since I know his name here now I will follow his every post. Anyone interested P/M me and I will give you my number and tell you all abot this guy I don't like to type.

Dirtbag ! He won't have much future luck on here, especially after the responses from the tech section on the HansonGN post. Don't know why they don't block IPs as opposed to just banning someone.

Dan operates by responding to want to buy adds. He will try to get you to paypal him money as a gift saying that it will eliminate paypal fees therefore eliminating your right for recourse when he does not send said parts. Like I said in my earlier post go to Thirdgen.org under feedback section look for a post called smallblocking ripped me off and it will all come very clear. He was bann there twice under 2 different names.

Thanks for the sympathies guys, It sucks yes but its not a major amount of money. I emailed him a link to this post and low and behold he replies back saying this:

I sent you another email saying I would rather just have a refund, I don't feel like risking anymore money. And you never replied. Balls BEEN in your court.

I dont expect to ever see a refund, what I figure is this guy makes a user ID looks in the wanted section, rips people off, never replies back, and never logs in as that name again. He has probably already made a new name and looking for some one else to rip off. I shoulda known when he had less than 100 posts. Fair warning to you guys, if they have very few posts or are not widely known be very careful. then again look at me talking while I barely have 200 posts.

I am telling you do not send anymore money to this guy. You will be dissapointed again. And if he is not banned from this site I will follow his every post. He just about got me on ThirdGen board, had no idea he would show up here ecspecially with the same e-mail address. Any who read this you have been warned.
