A Terry Houston DP will fit fine as long as it was made for a TTA. They are pretty hard to find. Or there is the Jim Dunn/Mease DP for a TTA that can be had new. I think they are around $900ish. But a GN downpipe wont work on a TTA. Also as far as an Intercooler I think the best bang for the buck is a DUTT neck stock IC and alky. My $.02.

Years ago I built a 3.5" oval stainless down pipe and installed a Precision Front mount intercooler. Definately not a job for the back yard guy, but if you have a TIG and a bunch more tools AND a stubborn personality you can do it. It required modifying the stock passenger header and cross over. I also had to notch the frame and "massage" the fire wall for clearance. The intercooler had to have oval inlet pipes fabricated for ground clearance. (the car was lowered about 3" or so) The sway bar required a 2" spacer on the frame, too. It was alot of "fun" to get it all in there.

Their is a guy on the TTA site that makes them out of SS. Really nice and expensive.
