Gnx 1908miles sitting at 70k, bids still being accepted, also a 37mile(not a misprint),87 astr.roof Gn sold for 38k. The car is from N.Y. as I inquired about it a couple months back and he was dead set in the 50k range.Not a bad price on the car, but what did he really walk away with after transport fees, auction fees, etc. Too bad he would not take 40-45k, he woild have made more money without going thru all of that.
sadly, the only ones making money at an auction, are the auctioneer/ auction house. if you look into the fees & costs of auctions, your miles ahead in selling online.
I was at Mecum, also saw both cars..the GNX is owned by a relative of a friend of mine...the Low mile GN looked NICE!! Interesting cars at the auction...
