State Inspection Clarification.
I have a stock exhaust taking up space in my garage and I don't have a truck to haul it away and it occured to me that someone might be able to use it to get their car emmisions legal and get it out of my garage. That's why I said in the message street legal cars that just need emmisions fixed, hoping to weed out the sticker hunters. Sorry for the confusion, just trying to get rid of it and seemed like a perfect solution. Figured if I put on there that I was trying to get someone to haul away my junk, I wouldn't get any responses, so it was clever marketing that was misinterpeted.
