Don't know of anyone in SA, but you can go online to Race Parts Solutions, that's where I got my connections and clamps. They sell them in different colors and will cut hoses to length for you.

I would imagine in SA there are a couple of heavy truck shops. I buy my couplings from Dallas Mack and other assorted Heavy truck supply stores.
See if there's a TruckPro in your area.
