Header Help in Houston

Trying to find anyone who knows a good TIG welder to fix my D/S header or has a cheap good one for sale. Car is smoking like a mosquito fogger so I think I need to replace PCV(?) But need to fix exhaust leak 1st.

I had mine repaired at M.T. Welding & Fab., 1306 Judiway (NW Houston) 713-688-2691. He is a small shop & very reasonable. Open Monday -Friday.
