Index vs bracket racing

Guys we are in the middle of a debate on which style of race we want to run at the Texas buick nationals can you help us decide.

Index is great as long as its not like the Buick vs Ford event, if you break out of your index then you should be disqualified.

X2 - However, more classes = less payout for the winners - so I am torn between the two. I think that index racing would be a neat change, but; I would be fine with either.
