http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/pict...lockguide.html The easiest way to tell a Stage block is probably to locate the big Power 6 emblem between the freeze plugs on most Stage blocks. Then, look for casting #s, 4 bolt mains & 14 head bolts (on S2 blocks), etc.
