Stg 11 Valve Spring Pressures
Look for recommendations for Stg11 spring pressures with 244 Solid Roller Cam with .630" lift, 2.020 and 1.60 valves, anyone? I have some 1.55 BBC Roller Springs here that would give me about 240 seat and 600 open, would these be too over kill? Looking for 7000 RPM with some spring life to boot!

That is a little light actually, need at least 250 on the seat and about 650 open.
