can i put the parts in my stock block in a stage block or would i need all new stuff

Epends on the stage block - off or on-center? Off-center, yes.
However, you'd be risking damage to a relatively rare block if, say, a stock crank or a rod let go. With the low price of the newer steel cranks and K1 rods, why risk it?
