Trying To Be Like My Idol Lou!
Hey everybody I just CLOSED escrow on my 20,000 square foot commerical building that has 9 suites and of those 9 I have 8 tennants. This was the primary reason why I did not par-take in some of the fun things you guys were doing on those nice hot days for cruising or just meeting up. It has been a long haul but now I wont get bitched at when my buick friends want to work on there cars in the drive way. I am the LANDLORD now. Wish me luck!
