take your pics to www.picresize.com and resize to 1000 pixels by 1000 pixels and then save them. After you Write whatever it is you wanted you write in your thread, scroll down to "additional options" and select "manage attachments. Thsi will ask you to browse and locate the resized pic and the click "upload". That should be it. If it doesn't work, go and resize smaller. I'm not too computer lierate so I cannot explain why ths happens. If it does, drop the pixels to 400X400 - always works for me. -good luck

Well once you ride in a GN, ever car is slow! Yeah its one of dem SLR things, the guy next to my stall (Mark) is one of two SLR techs we have and everytime it comes in hes the one working on it. But the cool thing is he took me out on a ride once, that things pretty fast! I think it runs low 11's stock. The owner flew it to Europe to do the Gumball Rally a few months ago. I have pics when it came back (with all the stickers and stuff) He said there was 2 other SLR's out there..... I had to work on the poor mans SLR, the SL65 Bi-Turbo V-12. I put about 28 miles on it and man its fun to drive!.... but Ill take the GN over that any day!

Man thats the same exact car Im trying to get, but I cant swing that $90K price tag yet, especially since we are about to buy a house..... but next year the E63 comes out, a N/A 6.3L V-8 with more HP (a little less TQ) but no quotes on 1/4 mile times yet..... Ill keep my eye open for a used E55 but most of the time we get them, they sell quick!

a couple of my friends have some AMG's.. my 1 friend has a C55 that runs 12.90's, and my other friend has a E55 that runs 11.5's. My wife was sold on a E55, after she got pulled by 4 cars in her 300zxTT.. i think a 03 with avg miles should be right around 50 maybe ...

Ive been looking at them on EBay now for awhile and you could pick one up for about $40-50K, but the best thing to do is get one that is a Certified Pre-Owned because you get a 7year 100K mile warranty that covers a lot of things (not bumper to bumper but pretty close) That way you dont have to deal with expensive parts/labor rates..... but if you do get one let me know if you nee anything, I could atleast get you my discount!

yeaa she wants a Off lease one with documention.. most of the people that have those keep the miles down and just trade them up to a larger AMG... I'll keep you posted.

Oh man! My freind sold his 2005 E55 to his Uncle 1yr ago for $85,000 and his Uncle just sold it two weeks ago for $63,000. I was so pissed! It had 32,000mi & silver. It was like brand new. Uncle bought a Bentley Continental.

I remember racing my freind all the time when he had it Let's just say it couldn't hang with the Old Blk 87 Regal. I would hole shot him everytime.

yea, but he could have had 4 friends sitting in Leather seats, while he was playing with the NAV screen in a 3900+ pound car.. i know it won't beat some gn's but high to mid 12's 1/4 stock isn't that bad ..

No don't get me wrong I loved that car. Hit 150mph on the way to Las Vegas and it still had more. That car was amazing.

Well people forget that these cars were built for the Autobahn so they usaully fly over 100mph daily..... oh, Mike, we just got one in yesterday as a certified preown. Has Nav and everything. I think its going for $80K. 2005 w/ about 33K miles but dont quote me. Its the only E55 on the lot right now used.....
