Hydrocarbon failure
My 87 is stock. It has always passed emissions test (Indiana) After I gutted the CAT, the car failed even with the stock chip. The guy frist said that he thought the car wasn't warmed up enough so I took it out for a good run. Came back and the reading was a little higher than the first time. Any tricks I can use to get the Hydros down just a little. I was running 89 octane at the time.
