Need help to passing emissions in CA

Everything I got on my car is on my sig plus I have cat. Can someone tell me what specs I should bring down my car to, to pass smog. Can a universal cat work, and how about a TT emissions chip? Also I got sent to a state ref for my CAI

Here is what I did to pass Kali emissions the last time:

California smog test

Don't forget to re-install the original PS valve cover breather if it has been replaced. And yes, use the TT emissions chip if possible.
