Arizona emissions How tough to pass?

I moved here from Ohio 3 yrs ago and haven't driven the GN yet. My cat has a 3 inch pipe right thru it. So what am I going to have to do?
Thanks, Tarey D.

I have not seen a turbo Buick pass emissions here w/o a cat since they went to the IM-240 testing years ago.

Most guys are now getting collector car insurance, as that will exempt our cars here from emission testing.

Nick, Brent,

I have my cars registered in North AZ, ( kingman) no emissions testing required, didn't know about the classic ins deal, but as long as no testing is required, I 'll continue to title em in kingman.
