Exclamation Excessive Exhaust Odors

Need some help here......

Can't seem to diagnose why my car has excessive exhaust odors coming from under hood, mostly at idle. EGR seems to work fine. Installed passenger side block of kit for valve cover/turbo. Installed one way check vavle in PCV line for reducing crankcase pressure at boost. Today, noticed visible exhaust coming from passenger side breather (cold morning).....is this normal?

Am running street chip with hi-flow converter, XP fuel pump, ect...(i.e. basic 12-13 sec recipe). This problem (excessive emission odors) has been with me for the past year!! What am I missing here!! Besides referencing the Buick shop manual, what would be some straight forward checks to perform for diagnosing this annoying problem?

Thanks in advance for any help.

-Mark

do a leak down test, maybe you have a lot of leakage past the rings, check if you have a blown head gasket. The pumping out of the breather is NOT normal
