New posts on emmissions tests

I notice some new posts on emissions failures. This was my first year to have to pass. Had problems. gofstbuick sent me in the right direction. The basics. Emissions technician worked with me at all of the failures (3) and I tried a lot of stuff just like most of the posters. When I changed the o2 sensor and put on a new cat, the #'s went down so far it amazed me. The emissions technician who helped me learned too. His first year to use the equipment. We agreed. Change the cat. I saw where gofstbuick said something about you shouldn't have to mess with weird fuel mixtures, sensors, etc. Something along those lines. I think he is right. Just posted about a stopped up cat. Hope somebody can help with this. If it is stopped up it had to be a bad cat. Will post what I find when I find it.
