How do we get in touch with a moderator or administrator?
I have recently received +feedback from "III's 87 GN" and I received a PM to that effect. However, my public itrader rating does not reflect his feedback. How do I get this fixed?
I cannot seem to find a link directly to a "help desk" or moderator/administrator Please advise.

I think it didn't go through. Ask him to try it again. If you look at his profile it is not in his left for others page.

No, we can't alter the system. Unless fraud is involved, then we can only remove rating, not add...
