please excuse my inexperience

with this site, but I am attempting to discontinue havng auto email notification of PM's and subscribed threads. Seem to be getting a lot lately and it costing $$$$ on my blackberry.
Help please.

I can't get it to stop either, I changed it to yahoo address that I don't use
