Interior restoration recommendations

I'm currently sprucing up a very original 1986 GN. I've purchased a new carpet, and am looking at replacing the interior fabric. I have a couple of questions:

-who makes the best replacement fabric kits for the front seats, back seats, and headrests? I found them both at Year One ($299 for fronts, $169 for back, and $79 for the headrests) and at GBodyparts (headrests are either $99or $120, and the front seat covers are $180 a piece). Anyone have any opinions either way?

-what are the options regarding the door panels? I'd like to buy both sides, in OEM fabric. Does anybody make these?

Any prior experiences at interior restoration would be very interesting to hear.
