there's bondo on my b pillar window trim

What grit sandpaper should I use to get this off. There isn't alot, its just smudged around the edge. What is the best way to paint these? I was thinking just mask off the window and shoot them the same way the rest of the trim is usually done. Or should I get a different glass and leave the trim around the quarter windows alone?
