Creaking drivers side fender

I have a terrible (annoying) creak that is coming from my DS front fender. Mainly from the front half of it somewhere. I have no idea what it is and it's driving me insane. I have greased my hood stops so it's not that. When I "shake" the car from the outside it's clearly coming from this area. How does this thing (fender) attach? Are the attachment points easy to reach? I'm thinking maybe something came a little loose. I've added the front fender braces and while it stiffened the front a tad, it didn't solve this noise.
Any diagram or tips and tricks to locate and tighten all the fender bolts would be greatly appreciated.

Check the radiator support bushings. These are the mounts that hold down the radiator support to the top of the frame. I've seen cars that are missing those on one side. Not much else that is there to look at.
