Is oil in cooler lines filtered, or is it coming from engine to filter?

Whitch one of these two oil feed lines at adapter plate are inlet (hot side) to motor oil cooler?

Now I have 1-1/2" long 3/8 studs other end unf other unc, with 12 point arp 3/8 unf nuts+norlock washers.
Looks like they cannot come loose...
There is helicoils in the threads.
So the engine is sold????
Have to order studs, because i live in finland 3/8 studs are not common in hardware store ( i own hardware store :)) ....

Bolts came with my headers. I should order studs for these, do you use locktite for studs?
Torque specs for iron heads are 50 newton metres, I have thinked to use 40 nm for aluminium heads.
