PC/104 Computer for TurboLink or DS?
Have any of you "techy" types tried running TurboLink or DirectScan on a PC/104 miniPC in your cars?
A used laptop is definately cheaper, but a PC/104 computer with a small (6.4inch) LCD flat screen mounted on the dash has some definate hi-tech "cool" factor. Plus if you get bored at the track you can play a DVD movie, etc. FYI a PC/104 is a very small, single board computer...approx. 4"x4"x2" and runs just like a regular PC. Mostly used for imbedded computer applications. check out http://www.tri-m.com/products/tri-m_...ing/mz104.html and for LCD's http://www.earthlcd.com/SK2005R.HTM |
