Scanmaster at idle numbers

should the o2 numbers at idle be jumping around from say 127 to 400 to 000 back to what ever.I always get good numbers when I am at WOT but the idle and around town numbers change ,is this normal?

Yes, idle, and even cruise, should be all over the place.

cool its been like that since I installed it,I figured as long as it gave me my WOT numbers that was good for tuning
