code 14 and 51

I can see the wires are barely stuck on the cts, so that is probably the 14. Could that effect the 51 code or is that seperate? I have been having a hard time trying to get any consistent numbers to tune it.
Back to cts, where can I find another for my 84? Does it come with a pigtail or harness? The wires look like there are stuck on with some black putty.
thanks,
Mike

BTW, I swapped out chips and it reads the same. Do you have to do anything to "reset"?

to reset the error codes disconnect the orange wire at the battery..that is the ECM power wire....disconnect it, and run around your car about 5 times..then re-connect it....all codes should be cleared!
