Direct Scan on newer laptop.help..

Just bought Direct Scan and I'm not too computer savy. My laptop has Window's XP. Is it going to be a problem to run DS?

If not, how do I get it in DOS mode to install? and will I have to boot the computer everytime to use DS, or can I create a shortcut?

Thanks

My laptop had XP and it was suggested that XP be deleted due to not having a DOS program, then install Win98 which has a DOS program which is needed to run DS.

HOW
