Innovative wb02 problem.

This is a brand new unit and i keep getting ''error 2 heater open''.
This is going by the exact instructions.
Anyone else overcome this problem?
Looks like i may have a bad unit.
Seems like the senser port is not working because i am getting volts to the box but not too the sensor.

Any ideas?

TIA.

Seems like there's been a few that slipped thru with problems. Give em a call, and let them know what your's is doing. I played parts swapping at BG with one that did that, and the problem was in the controller.
