TPS

Lower it. My understanding is that when WOT TPS is greater than 4.8 volts strange things can happen with the computer. 4.6 is all you should need.

Not sure where those old "wive's tales" came from. The ONLY thing that will trip a high TPS code requires over 5.0v.

I've been running in the 4.95-4.97 area for several years. No ill effects.
The only problem you "may" run into, if you press the throttle REAL HARD during a run to get just a few more ounces of HP out of it, you could push it past 5.0v, and then trip an error code.
