I will have all my cage dimensions on autocad I only have the main hoop designed right now. I have not bent it or test fit it and I won't have the other parts on autocad until I get the main hoop in place for other measurements.
This is for 1.75 od tubing.I am going to use 1 5/8" tubing for my cage, and the end are left long as I'm going throug the top of the frame and weld to the bottom and top of the frame channel and add the required 6" boxing plate.

Once I verify the main hoop you are more than welcome to the dimensions so you could get one bent.

THESE ARE CENTERLINE MEASUREMENTS!

Main Hoop

I didn't want my main hoop pushing in on my back seat so I chose this position. See the picture with the short 90.

After cutting the floor sheet metal out I found the best center line with for the main hoop and used autocad to help calculate the bends. See the autocad pics for the correct placement and bend angle for our cars. This follows the cars contour. Notice THAT THESE MEASUREMENTS ARE 6.5" CENTER LINE RADIUS, THIS IS THE SIZE DIE I USED TO BEND THE TUBING.

The picture shown here show the main hoop all the way up, this is just for new until I tack their position. The main hoop will acutally sit abut 1/2" away form the headliner so I can install padding. This will put the 21 degree angles in the same place as the body lines.
I also added a picture to give you an idea where the placement was compared to the body seams where the sill plate installs over the carpet.

I hope this info helps some people when planning their roll cage or roll bar. Remeber our cars have perimiter frames and tubing must weld to the frame and must have at leats a 6" plate boxing in the frame to be legal

I would have to finish the project to get all the autocad files finished.
After calibrating the bender the main hoop came out perfect. I drilled 1 3/4 inch holes and the bar fit exactly where the holes were within an 1/8"
