Cage w/ A-pillar gauges

I was looking into installing a 12pt. cage into my '86 GN. I currently have the dual A-pillar gagues on the car now. Is that something I will have to remove due to the bar coming down the A-pillar or can I still be able to see them? The other question is who has the best cage out there. I am trying to avoid putting the cage through the speaker panels in the rear is that possible or no? ANy advice would be great thanks!

Yep, you have to move them. Take a look at my car on page 4 of the roll pics thread. You will see the screws left in the A-pillar (yea I know I have to swap the plastic). I moved the gauges to under the radio. Kirban has a 2 gauge pod that fits under there.
