Roll Cage Basic Questions.
Im new to this needed a roll cage stuff. Mostly been racing 12 second cars and never had to worry about roll cages. But with this GN Ill be looking at eventually running in the 10's (it might take awhile) Anyways, my question is
1.) When do you need a roll cage (ie 11.99 and faster or 11.49 and faster) I know it depends by track as some require different times but overall, what is the slowest time tracks start requiring cages? 2.) Where do I find what specs I need on my cage (ie 11.99 needs a 6 point cage and 10.99 needs a 8 point cage, ect, ect) 3.) Do cages need to be "Certified" or is that just for Pro racing? Any info would help guys! Thanks! I have a buddy here in SD who does roll cages but for off-roading competitions and he has all the tools to do the job right, I just need to let him know what I need! Thanks!

11.49 and faster.. Melissa just went threw this a few months ago.. She had a cage done last winter .. After running in the 10's she needed c clip eliminators, tranny shield, SFI balancer.. never ends
