I think I was on to something when I said maybe you cannot read. I never claimed that there is a policy to contract blacks at higher percentges than whites. you are looking for me to back up something that I never said. It's all about reading comprehension. I said ethnicity plays a part in awarding government contracts and why should race or ethnicity play a part in this. I also stated that even if the contract bid is lower it can still go to a minority. They have to get a certain percentage. I posted a link to back it up as you requested. If you don't like the link...counter it and back up your BS claim that I am incorrect sir-links -alot. Shouldn't even be a challenge if you are correct.
