Stupid is a guy who said exactly 1 month ago that he didn't support taking oil out of the strategic petroleum reserve (when Oil was at its highest), but now that oil is off $25/bbl (one month later) he said we should draw 70 million barrels from the strategic petroleum reserve to help lower oil prices (I guess by increasing the supply).

So he thinks increasing the supply by 70 million bbls of oil will reduce oil prices, but increasing the supply by 70 BILLION bbls from ANWR, other US "Wilderness" areas and the continental shelf will have no effect on oil prices.

Yes, he is an idiot. And a wishy washy idiot, at that.
