But, when the Senate voted on a resolution to condemn MoveOn, Obama was present for the vote and he voted.........Present! Not YES, but Present. That's the same as a no! By the way, who is this guy to lecture someone on Patriotism? Look at his FRIENDS!

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama on Monday, in a major speech on patriotism, criticized MoveOn.org for referring to Gen. David Petraeus as General Betray Us last year.
The Illinois senator said politics too often seems “trapped in old, threadbare arguments” that he called “caricatures of left and right.”


This, Obama added, was “most evident during our recent debates about the war in Iraq, when those who opposed administration policy were tagged by some as unpatriotic, and a general providing his best counsel on how to move forward in Iraq was accused of betrayal.” .....

Better late then never I guess. But this just shows you that now that he is the nominee, he is going to be moving more to the center to appeal to most american.

Just look at his reaction to the supreme courts decision on the DC gun Ban. He is Pro Gun now. Don't you just love politicians.

Yes, believe it or not, Wesley Clark, an Obama advisor, attacked the military, namely McCain, saying that being shot down doesn't qualify you for president, but apparently never serving in the military, but being a community activist does.

Maybe Obama got shot at in the hood, so he feels qualified, who knows.
