First the SC rules that if a child rapist DOESN'T KILL the child, he can't be put to death, and then RULES that the D.C. gun law is unconstitutional!
Well looks like both sides win one, and lose one!

Anyone who would rape a child is a sick MF and serves no useful purpose on this earth. If this happened to my child there would be no wasted efforts by the justice system, no cost to the prison system to house and feed this leach or years of legal hastles that the tax paying public has to foot the bill for. It would be simple and clean.
Then I would be the bad guy, but it would happen.

If it was my child, and if I could get the SOB, I think waterboarding would be the least of his problems. Get him out on the boat and make him CHUM for the sharks off L.I., PIECE BY PIECE until there was NO PIECES left!

I look at my children and know if anyone ever did anything to them I would hunt them down and kill them. Not a quick death, but very slow and grueling. Every convicted sex offender should be castrated as part of their sentence, with no anesthsia.

personally.... I don't want them to execute child rapists...

I want them to rot in prison for the rest of their lives... being Bubbas "pin cusion" for the next 20-30yrs, or how ever long it takes for them to die.

and then they have H3!! to look forward too.

Death is too easy a punishment for some crimes.

That's one of the FEW things I DON'T mind my tax dollars being used for.

Sometimes I think things would be alot better if the victims/familes of victims got to decide the punishment for crimes like that....

Over the years, many states changed their adult rape laws from death to life in prison. It was reasoned that if the rapist knew he was facing a death penalty for rape, it gave him little incentive to NOT kill his victim. By killing his victim, he eliminated the primary witness. I agree that life in prison is a much worse punishment that a guick death. The guy in that video lost his life, but he didn't suffer for his crime. His death was quick and painless.

I don't think there is any single thing that brings out the animal instinct in us to kill so much as someone harming our children. I have always felt the same way as those above. If someone hurt my sons, I would want to hurt and kill them in a painful way. Even now, my sons are grown men and I feel the same way as I did when they were children.

Although I can see why so many think that life is a far worse punishment, It is NOT in this country. In NY it is almost a country club! These men derserve the WORST treatment they can get for the rest of their lives, Starting with being shackled for 24 hours a day! I've seen them on death row, and have seen them killed on the street.

Death row is no walk in the park, you KNOW you are going to die, but the system makes it as easy as possible.

There is NOTHING like watching a man getting beaten to death that DESERVES it! It might last a few minutes, or a little longer, but the HORROR that man goes through, by the look in his eye, the little sounds he makes as he is slowly dieing, the sound of bone breaking, blood gushing, windpipe crushed ( I won't go any further) and you just KNOWING that he knows he is a dead POS in a minute, and will continue to feel pain and horror up to that last second is what metering out justice should be about!

We make it too easy! If you are going to use the death penalty, the thought of this death should be ALWAY implanted in a felon's mind. Personally it should be shown to all seniors in high school, and in many area's sixth grade. to scare these kids right!

I'll get hell for this, but if you want offenses that result in murder stopped, this type of education is what will either do it, or that kid is WAY BEYOND saving as a viable human being!
