Adam, Now that's EXACTLY what i'm talking about! It's just that simple!! period!!
Just last year some looser was here in TN at our local HOOTER'S (That my whole family goes to eat) and ordered his food, finished it and tried to leave without paying. Well the manager stoped him and confronted him then he just started shooting! Yes, someone did die! Here's where i'm going with this and it's like the second video you posted. The people who are trained law enforcement officers and PI's should be allowed to carry a firearm into an establishment that serves alcohol. There was an off duty officer there at the time and couldn't do SH*T! That allowed the jerk to get to his vehical and attempt to get away. Ending of the story was, He was tracked down and "He ended up shot and killed"  But look at what all had to happen from the time "He shot" untill the time he was "Shot & Killed"!! It simply could have ended right there and then if that off duty officer had his gun on him..
