Are you sure your American? You don't act like one.

1st Paragraph from the story.

Quote:
Justice Department officials illegally used "political or ideological" factors in elite recruiting programs in recent years, tapping law-school graduates with conservative credentials over more qualified candidates with liberal-sounding résumés, an internal report found Tuesday.

Not much of a shock here, lawyers are dishonest, who woulda thunk it? Lawyers and honor just don't go in the same sentence. My lawyer is a shark, cold blooded dude, but if I ever have to show up in court he is the guy I want with me. Probably wouldn't go fishing with the guy, but like I said if he's my first choice when it comes to legal issues.

As long as we are talking about honor, I should probably apologize to Nero. I made a comment about his honor in another post and have noticed a couple of comments about it. I should not make judgements on Nero's honor based on a half cocked comment he said jokingly. I did think what you said was disrespectful, and I have a feeling you are not a disrespectful person. I gotta give it to him, it is impressive to see someone his age come in here and duke it out with this crowd.

The OPINION written by ERIC LICHTBLAU is so spewed by a REGRESSIVE political writer that it has NO relevant value to an open discussion! NY Times and Seattle Times. Quite UNBIASED newspapers! Why not just quote the Socialist website?

I'd say he's relevant:
Quote:
deputy director of the department’s executive office of immigration review,
I think he's more qualified than YOU to speak on the subject.

once again, the republicans show their short sightedness.

same thing with Diebold stealing the election, they dont care, just as long as their guy won, they dont realize it can work the other way
Just like
Some other party could get in power and de-republican the govt just like the republicans de-democrated the govt

Goth wake up, ever President does the same thing, tell us, how many US attorneys did Clinton fire, I'll tell you, all 93 when he took over. How about hillary firing all of the White house travel personel without cause, remember travelgate?

Who got caught illegally holding 100's of secret FBI folders on their political opponents, both Republican and Democrat in her office, lets see wasn't that Hillary.

Who ordered 1000's of IRS audits against anyone who crossed them again both Republican and Democrat, lets see, wasn't that once again Clinton.

Ever heard of the Bush political machine, no really, but we've all heard of the Clinton machine. Who has the reputation that you better not cross them or there will be hell to pay, Bush, or the Clintons, gee, lets see.

If your are elected by the American public to try and accomplish an agenda, who would you put in place, people who support that agenda, or people who are against it.

They all do it, it's politics, They all use their power to accomplish what they set out to accomplish, come on even you are smarter than trying and make this a Bush thing.

" come on even you are smarter than trying and make this a Bush thing. "

Ummm, no, you give him WAY too much credit for being able to see the obvious.

He's only a Moderator in training, not the real deal.

Simple concepts confuse him..... still.

The difference is that with the Clinton Scandals, the republicans spend millions investigating and found nothing.
while the repulbican scandals, the republicans blocked, or obstructed justice to block, or ignored congressional subpeonas to block...whats the matter republicans....got somehting to hide?
