Of our Supreme Court, SUPREMELY HOSING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC .... AGAIN!!!

I heard today, they decided war prisoners in GITMO have a right to trial by lawyer... WTH is that about? They're prisoners of war, first of all. Secondly, they've NEVER been brought to America. Third, the Supreme Court has NO LEGAL RIGHT to make such a decision. Fourth, these asshats are NOT Americans!!!! How can our Supreme court tell our military that they must supply any court proceedings to NON-Americans???? Non-Americans, by our Constitution, DO NOT share our rights...

Someone please tell me this is all a hoax... Tell me our Supreme Court didn't violate federal law AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately this is not a hoax. The majority of the Supreme Court violated the U.S. Constitution with this ruling.
In the the dissent written by Justice Scalia he wrote "The Nation will live to regret what the Court has done today. I dissent."

I did read the ruling. It was a very interesting read. I am truly disappointed that there are five Justices who could rule this way.

If ever we needed a time when the public stood up as one and shouted "GET THEM ALL OUT" about our political leaders, this is it. When our very own Supreme Court Justices cannot understand the Constitution, we've truly lost our freedoms.

I'm to the point where I'd almost be happy if our marines lined up every one being detained in Gitmo and shot them dead.

And I'm to the point where I would be happy if "We, the people," took each and every Senator, Congressman and appointed judge and TRIED THEM for crimes against the nation. More importantly, complete dereliction of duty. I don't want them all hanged, or even jailed... I want them all held accountable and as such, if found guilty of various crimes, probably jailed and certainly removed from office. It would just be totally refreshing if we could replace them with REAL "average citizens" who would know upon taking their oath of office, we mean what it says...

Five a$$holes and 4 Justices with brains! Oh well, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose! Better hope McLame gets in or the damn rulings will be 7-2 in favor of people that want to kill us! BTW, here's a good link on the ruling!

I just cannot understand why anyone in this country would have a desire to give NON-Americans the same rights Americans enjoy... Afterall, they've never had to abide by our laws. Therefore, why should we give them the benefits? It's even worse though, since they've not even been brought to America, and so the Supreme Court ruled in favor of NON-Americans who are NOT in America... It's digustingly stupid.
