Since this chit happen frequently out in Kalipornia, wouldn't you think the AZZHAT'S would have built some desalination plants? "World-wide, 13080 desalination plants produce more than 12 billion U.S. gallons". Seems they waste BILLIONS on teacher raises, that haven't done a damn thing to make our children smarter! How about spending some on WATER?
