That would make a tough ticket, however people are actually going to have to stop and think about this one. One the one hand a decorated war hero who has served his country for over five decades in the best and worst of times. A person who is moderate, and could actually bring this country together. OR the most liberal Senator to be elected, one that has not only declined to serve his country but as very accurately put "dismantled" the Clinton political machine. A devisive, left wing politician who has open associations with radical almost treasonous domestic and world leaders. All the black/white talk and most of the rhetoric going on around this campaign thus far has taken away from the real issue. Obama is dangerous for the country, not because of his race, creed or religion, but because of his ideas and political platform. The rest of it is just a distraction to take us away from the real issue............He is the most liberal Senator in Washington. His voting record indicates a clear distain for the very rights and freedoms we hold dear and before someone jumps up and says what? Take a look at his voting record. My personal favorites are taxes and gun control but those are just the tip of the iceberg.

Hopefully even if he wins this will never happen regardless of who the VP is. Something like that would set this country back decades and I for one am proud to see our country evolving to a place where every person, black, white or brown has a voice in our goverment. This will be a historical election no matter who wins, I just PRAY that it is McCain.

But here goes, the fact that Obama is black, or any other race, has no bearing on my opinion that he should not be president. Please take some time and search my post if you need proof as I do not want to rehash what I have already been over a few times. Furthermore, how can you actually accuse people of not wanting Obama to be pres. when in the very same sentence you completely disrespect Israel?

When he votes, wasn't it Edwards from his own party that handed him his ass in one of the earlier debates about the fact that he has not voted yes or no on issues, but rather, he just votes, "present", something on the order of over a hundered times.

I believe Edwars even asked him, why is it that we have to defend and explain our votes, while you just sit there and have to defend nothing, because you never vote on anything.

SteveX- Let's remember that Jesus loves you and he was Jewish too.

Basically I'd still give him a dollar too, and tell him Jesus loves him anyways- Hopefully you don't end up with one of them basking in your own urine and feces, clinging to a garbage bag full of dirty clothes, and turbobuick memorablia. No matter if Obama becomes President or not, I'd never hope to see an American President get knocked off, ever. Very good point! Yes it will come up, how can it not. Funny thing is I don't recall him ever answering Edwards. Maybe he was just trying to hide his radical belief system by not voicing an opinion, or vote, on any tough subjects. Just the kind of guy we need in the White House! Maybe when the next terrorist attack happens, and I truly hope it never does, Obama can vote present and have cake and tea with the leader of the group who does it rather than making the tough decision to fight them on their ground.
