1. Why is the Media portraying it as "'these people peeped at Obama's record"
there is no evidence that they "peeped". The files were accessed, there is no evidence that they peeped or took a long hard look. We dont know what they did, but somehow the MSM determined it was only a peep.

This happened to Bill Clinton back when he was running for President. They did an investigation, spent $2 million dollars and found out it was a curious low-level snoop. Turns out that every little clerk in the passport office has clearance to see the files.

Yeah that Condi is right on top of things. I like how she says the system worked, the alarms went off, but it wasnt until months after Obama's violation that they looked back to find Clinton and McCains....bunch of real pros over there in charge
