What happens in 2008?

I heard it suggested that the Republicans will try to get Jeb Bush nominated.
I don't think that sounds reasonable - at least not right after the current Presidents term.
Who do you think will go for the nomination and who do you hope will be nominated?

George Allen?
Condi Rice?

Either or both would do great!

I heard it could be Newt Gingrich for the Republicans. He won't commit but has not ruled it out. He said it is too early to say anything now.

You think that is why he is being seen around with Hillary? Trying to secure some of the liberal vote? Won't work......the libs hate Gingrich almost as much as they hate Bush. The only Republican that the libs would support would be McCain and that's because he is really a democrat disguised as a Republican (well, sort of disguised).

GrnNatlFan,

Newt would be a viable candidate for the Republicans. Hillary is the one that is aligning herself with the moderates to try to dupe voters into thinking she is one. She is a liberal through and through. A wolf is sheeps clothing.

I doubt that, with his involvement in the TS case, for anyone that's awake, he's lost their vote, IMO. Then with reopening the investigation in to MS, after the coroner's report stated there were no signs of foul play at the onset of her condition, just shows he's more disconnected from reality then most other politicians. IMO.

His involvement actually scored points with me.

His involvement in that case was rediculous. I can't believe he did that. There was no person there. Even after the autopsy showed that the part of her brain that processed visual input was shown to be melted, the family still said that she could see them. The govt shouldn't be involved in stuff like that. Let alone passing unconstitutional "rush" laws.

bwhaha newt gingrich would lose in a landslide against hillary clinton. Dont get me wrong, I like the guy 1000 times more than hillary but the media will have a field day with him. Not to mention the american public has a negative reaction to the guy as it is.

Jeb bush would be great but hes completely unelectable now- he would lose

Condi Rice could be a decent race but I still see hillary out on top.

Arnold could win if he was allowed to run but im not the biggest arnold fan

Someone better come out of the woodwork fast and its gonna have to be a southern/midwest/west republican.. a north easterner like guilliani will lose

if not I predict Hillary in 2008 and the start of the Apocolypse

Is Hillary Clinton a certainty for the Democrats?
Zell Miller is a Democrat, right? But in reality is very conservative, isn't he?
That may be a tough fight.

You're kidding right? Zell Miller is conservative and the DIMocrats are so far out in left field, they're only DIMocrats in name. I'd say Hillary is a shrew-in. People on the left are pathetic enough to vote for Kerry, so to them, Hillary would be like going to heaven.

One thing might be new for Hillary, though. She might have to answer some questions. She never does. Whatever her answers, the media will cover for her. The libs really don't care anyway. As long as they could get back in power, they'd even elect Osama Bin Laden.
