Suprem court reams Joe Citizen once more (imminent domain)

The case of New London , Conn VS Kelo went the wrong communist way. Kelo is the 80 year old owners of river front property that they have had for 50 years. City gov wanted to take their property using imminent domain, so they took it to the High court. Can you imagine being 80 and expounding this musch energy?! Well, they lost as the high court ruled 5-4 that government can take away private property for the cause of expanded tax base.
All the talk shows here are abuzz...one woman called in crying. The Honda car plant wants her farm land that has been in her family since early 1800's. They are willing to give her $200/acre!!! That would give each head of houshold on the farm $81,000. These people live off this land...with this, they would become humble apartment renters.
Now , fat cat developers will have carte-blanche to rid landowners of their property. Expect alot of historical areas to become razed with the same old Walmarts, apartments, etc being put in their place. 10,000 properties have been affected by this ruling.

This is not what the founding fathers intended.

This, combined with gov encouraged illegal immigration makes me declare this: I will not fight for this country, for a country has borders and sides with its citizens first. I will however take up arms against my government.

I would be willing to bet that they would look at it a bit differently.

I really don't know what to say on this issue....I am stunned that it is possible for someone to take your property for no other reason than financial gain to them.

I am chilled to the bone...I think there will be a shot fired over this one. If Im 80, and this happens to me, there will be shots fired.

BTW-Has anyone heard the manstream TASS media on this? ...besides talk radio.

I think this is a side effect of all of our branches of government being for sale to the highest bidder. It makes me wonder what they're going to parse "fair price" into...
