Rush got detained returning from the Dominican Republic for having a bottle of Viagra without his name on the prescription. He seems to have a problem with prescriptions or getting it up, or both

I just wonder if this was Jack Nicholson, Bill Clinton or any other "admitted drug user" was found with a bottle of viagra if they would be detained for 3 hours and it would make all three networks.

If I had his girlfriend, she'd make me ask my doctor about viagra, too.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Rush Limbaugh was detained for more than three hours Monday at Palm Beach International Airport after authorities said they found a bottle of Viagra in his possession without a prescription.

Customs officials found a prescription bottle labeled as Viagra in his luggage that didn't have Limbaugh's name on it, but that of two doctors, said Paul Miller, spokesman for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

A doctor had prescribed the drug, but it was "labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection examined the 55-year-old radio commentator's luggage after his private plane landed at the airport from the Dominican Republic, said Miller.

The matter was referred to the sheriff's office, whose investigators interviewed Limbaugh. According to Miller, Limbaugh said that the Viagra was for his use, and that he obtained it from his doctors.

Investigators confiscated the drugs, which treats erectile dysfunction.

The sheriff's office plans to file a report with the state attorney's office. Miller said it could be a second-degree misdemeanor violation

I was listening to the Laura Ingraham show this morning. She had as her guest, Republican representative from Colorado, Tom Tancredo. Tom Tancredo, as you may know, is a leader in the fight against illegal immigration. He mentioned during the interview that he was giving a lecture in a high school auditorium to students, with some give and take between the students and himself.

I don't know whether to be surprised or not considering heavy leftist indoctrination going on in the American educational system, but he asked the students how many thought that the United States of America was the best or most wonderful country that there ever was. Sadly, he explained, only about 10% of the students raised their hands, while others looked at their teachers, or the question was so confusing to them they couldn't openly make that commitment.

This is an absolute outrage and exposes those who support leftist ideas and politicians, the leftist controlled educational system, who are openly running down this country, to their students. This is proof positive of the subversion and indoctrination against America that our public school teachers are teaching the youth of America.

And coincidentally, on the same topic as I eluded to above, I'm listening to the Rush Limbaugh show, right now, and a lady called in to relate a story of what happened to her 12 year old grandson in school. The child was given an assignment to write about what he'd like to do in the future. The boy wrote an essay and stated he'd like very much to be a US Marine. He was given a good mark for his work, but under the grade, the teacher wrote that the US Marines had just killed women and children for revenge in Iraq. I guess the teacher was referring to Haditha, but that's immaterial. The fact that this socalled 'teacher', would take it upon themself to write such a thing on a little child's assignment, an assignment which must have conferred his admiration for US Marines, and this teacher's condemnation of them, a LIE, by the way, just further re-enforces what I said in my preceeding post, while you continue your silly comments about Rush Limbaugh.

This is precisely why you people need to be put out of your misery.

Sanders claims that he and Limbaugh, the well known talk radio star, had an affair that went on for about 3 months in the fall of 1971...

Sanders stated that he met Limbaugh in a class he was taking, but it was only after meeting his sister, who was openly gay at that time, that he found out Rush himself was gay. "Rush was a charming man privately," says Sanders, "I met him in a class I was taking, and got on a first name basis with him. I didn't realize he was gay until his sister came to visit him. She was gay, and like, we hit it off, and she seemed shocked that I didn't know Rush was gay as well. When I found out I was like ... wow!"

Sanders says that privately, Limbaugh was very sensitive and caring man, but that he was furiously angry that KFBK, the top 40 radio station he worked while still in high school would not offer him a full time job.

"He was furious about that," said Sanders, "And he often told me that he was really going to show them." According to Sanders, Rush's politics at the time were somewhat middle of the road. "Rush said that he though most people are incredibly gullible, and he felt that the key to radio programming was to reach that crowd, and that it would be really, really easy. He thought he thought he could get anyone to believe anything he said, and the more outrageous is was, the more they would believe it."

When asked when he thought Limbaugh "went straight," Sanders replied, "What are you talking about? I mean, he's been married four times now, do people really not get why he doesn't stay married? I guarantee none of those marriages was ever consummated."
