Easy way to make this forum civil

I finally figured out the easy way to make this forum civil and it is as simple as using the ignore list. If you look at who the two most hateful and prolific posters on this forum are and put them on your Ignore list then this forum becomes much more friendly and intelligent. I can now come to this forum and not read a bunch of nonsense about how members are traitors or loons for having a different point of view on a subject or how un-American someone is if they disagree with Bush and his cabinet. The old saying of how a couple of rotten apples can spoil the basket is now easily remedied just by using the ignore function. Now this works for ALL members no matter which side of the political fence you are on or which hand,LEFT or RIGHT, you use to type with so if my replies are annoying you, feel free to put me on your ignore list the same as I have done to the two resident nutcases that seem to either start or interject their venom into every thread in this forum. For those that come to this Political forum and want to have a somewhat intelligent and thoughtful give and take discussion this is a solution.

First of all, WHO ASKED YA? I don't need to put certain individuals on my ignore list simply because they hate America. I want your views exposed. For you, it's good if you ignore the truth, because you don't understand what the truth is. What would you call alleged Americans who attempt to undermine the President's war effort, the US Military, reveal secret programs designed to find the enemy and protect the American people, call for a cut and run policy from the enemy, while our military, is in fact winning? I don't think that it's too much of a stretch to term these activities traitorous. And the reason for these traitorous actions? POLITICAL ADVANTAGE. Ever since the left has lost their power, they have done everything possible to demonize the Bush Administration. It's one thing to oppose them on domestic issues, but the idea that they can obstruct the war effort, with sedition and treachery, with American soldiers in harm's way, with impunity, isn't going to happen. It only exposes how un-American and against America they are, unless they can have their power back. For that very reason, they are not going to have their power back.

From your reply I guess that my ignore idea works well. Apparently Comrade feels like he is one of the two resident nutcases I have on ignore.
The conversation doesn't necessarily have to be intelligent but it should show the semblance of coming from someone who at least knows how to get a point across without rambling on and on with the same hatefilled ,sophmoric, BS that some here post in every thread. Of course I ONLY HAVE 24 posts here as someone just pointed out, so I would guess that there is a MAGIC number of posts one has to make before they are allowed to post in this forum. Can someone please tell me how many posts are necessary before a member is allowed to post here without be reminded that YOU ONLY HAVE xxxx NUMBER OF POSTS so you have no right to post in OUR closed-minded little clic.

I am not unhappy, and I don't know what I said in my reply that would make you think so. I will try to refrain from using the word "finally" until I have the proper number of posts, will that make you "happy"? I do realize that my post count is there for all to see but that was not the meaning of my reply nor do I think that your "explanation" of my use of the word "finally" being peculiar is the reason for your reply. I don't recall saying that you were either civil or uncivil. Obviously you were not one of the "resident nitwits" I was refering to or I would not be replying to your post because it wouldn't be visible to me. I will gladly banter back and forth with you on a posted topic and I will even be "civil" to you in my replies and I promise to be "HAPPY" when I reply.

Gees, there you go again, criticizing what I have to say, and a terrible speller you are. Normally, I wouldn't say anything about your spelling, but in this case, it reveals without a doubt, who you are. Not that I didn't call it the first time you used a different username 86NYGN, hiding who you really are. SOPHMORIC.............that would be you.....spelled correctly is sophOmoric. Not only that, sophomoric is not a word that is commonly used in this forum. SOPHMORIC was spelled incorrectly by only two usernames, Bad86GN, and 86NYGN, because they are both the same person.
