Power Steering Pressure Hose & Fitting
87 Regal T-Type with 3.8 Turbo.
I need to replace the fitting on the hi-pressure power steering hose or the complete Hi-pressure hose and fitting. According to the dealer the tube that comes out of the top of the pump and wraps around the pump is the fitting. (it's about 12-1/2" long.) Can anyone help me? Anxious to get back on the road. Thanks, PH

has what you want in OEM steel or SS. Give them a call Tuesday (maybe closed for Memorial Day) 800.882.3711. You want either part # BUO1042 or BUO1034. I don't remember which one is the u-shaped line. And there is not a picture on-line or in the catalog of this specific part. -Anthony

The high pressure line is two pieces - a U shaped metal line at the pump and a metal/rubber line that threads into the steering gear box . Yes, Kirban's has a reproduction of the second line and NOS4GN dot com has the discontinued original Delco version of the second line. The second line is available almost everywhere. But I don't know of anyone who has a new U-shaped line other than Classic Tube.
